Peanut butter yoga

Peanut butter has a home in my heart. Smeared along the toasted surfaces of an English muffin, I watch it transform. As though lying prone on a heated yoga studio floor, the pb surrenders its shape and explores the freedom of the shivasana pose. A bite, a crunch: in a moment of melted magic, the pb warms my tongue and invite me to imagine the arms of nirvana hugging and releasing me all at once.

I also have an affinity for English muffins & PB. What a tasty, greasy treat. You want something more special? Get the English muffins with raisins & smear that bad-boy with peanut butter. Delicious!

Well geez, I wonder: to whom do we owe this eccentricity?

Do you like to wash your EM & PB down with a banana shake sweetened with strawberry jam?

I've been giving the dog all the peanut butter. Now I feel uncouth. or uncool. lol

Schwingsie, I'm willing to bet the yoga you do cancels out any uncoolness brought on by feeding the dog PB. You're cool enough!

hmmm...maybe...
Or it could be that I'm very cool in the dog world and this cancels out my uncoolness in the human world.

Anyway, thanks for the reassurance :)

I'll give PB a whirl sometime. Or one of the other nut butters....
