Tom yum yum

Spicy tom yum paste.
Cold water brought to a rolling boil.
Udon noodles.
Baby bokchoy.
Broccoli pieces.
A dozen raw shrimp.
One mushroom.
Half a lime.

A bowl, chipped.
A pair of wooden chopsticks, smooth from use.
Napkins from my mom.
